NOW ACCEPTING PRE-ORDERS!

Our next beef is due back in early October! We are currently accepting pre-orders for it. The last steer sold out of many cuts quickly (some cuts before it got back!). At this time, only flank steaks are SOLD OUT. Let us know your desired cuts and weights and we will arrange the reservation. Also, we only cut roasts to order, so if you’d like a delicious juicy “Japanese” Wagyu roast, we need to know by September 10th.

This is likely our last offering until February as our preferred butcher (The Steel Buffalo) “closes” to do only deer processing in the fall. Rest assured our beef is slaughtered and packaged under USDA inspection and bears their seal.
