Last Chance Before March
We’re wrapping up the last of our fall beef. You never know what gems are left from steer to steer. This time it is short ribs (5 packs left). There is also one pack of oxtail and two packs of stew meat for the best beef stew you’ll ever make. Also two small top sirloin steaks!
Our next one won’t go in until March as our USDA certified processor does only deer during the winter months. There is still a spot for you to reserve a hanging half from him. Call us for details.
