Our last beef of the year goes in for processing next Tuesday! If you’d like a roast for the holidays or other special occasion, now is the time to order. We only cut roasts to customer orders and require a deposit for these custom cuts. Call us today to reserve yours.

Steaks will be available by the end of September. You may pre-order these if you wish as some cuts sell out quickly (flank steak is already sold out).
