Happy New Years and Next Steer

We are planning an early March timeframe to take our next steer in for processing. That should make the beef available in late March or Early April. We are currently accepting pre-orders, please contact us with desired cuts. NY strips and flank steaks are already SOLD OUT but we have good availability of other cuts.

We still have a few packs of delicious short ribs available from the last one. Also some packaged fat which you can render for exquisite tasting tallow to replace those seed oils getting such bad publicity these days!

More good news is that our feed prices have stabilized, so there will be NO PRICE INCREASE at this time!
