First Steer of the Year

I’m a poet and don’t know it!

We will be restocked with our delicious “Japanese” Wagyu beef (born and raised right here in Suches, GA) come mid May. We are now accepting pre-orders. Some cuts sell out very quickly (even before we gat it back) so get in touch with us soon! This is especially important this time around as a customer has purchased a “hanging half” from this steer, so supplies will be even more limited.

We will only be harvesting 2 cattle this year (we’ve been blessed with a lot of heifers recently), so now is the time to reserve your favorite cuts. The final one will be back in mid to late September.

Also, if you want roasts, we only do those to custom order. So please let us know by mid April for those.
