Fall Calves are here!

We had three new additions to the herd this month. 2 bulls (now steers) and a heifer.

They are all full-bloods and are the last of our embryo transfers. From now on, we will be using our own heifers to restock the herd.

We are accepting pre-orders for February 2022 meat. Roasts and hamburger are currently available. Steak and brisket availability soon.
