Pre-Order Availability – Updated

Our next cow goes in September 12 and should be back very early in October. Thanks to all our loyal customers who pre-ordered already.

At the present time, we know Flank Steak, Ribeye Steaks, Brisket and Sirloin Tip Roasts to be SOLD OUT (We never really know until the beef is back, but based on past experience…..). All other cuts still show availability. And if you’d like a London Broil or Round Roast, we need to know before September 12th as we only cut roasts to order.
